Cactus Communications commissioned a survey of pharma/biotech and associated industry professionals to understand the progress that the industry has made in terms of patient centricity and the barriers that are encountered in achieving greater patient involvement. The pharma journal PM360 conducted this study in collaboration with Litchfield Research, an independent research firm based in Roswell, GA. A total of 31 industry professionals participated in this survey, and they described medical affairs, clinical trials, and commercialization as their main areas of focus.
